Hello!
I’m Brooke Mules, the heart behind Little Rest Co. With over a decade of experience working closely with families, I support parents to create gentle, personalised sleep routines that respect each child’s individual needs and parenting style. I believe better sleep should feel achievable, supportive, and right for your family.
My Story
From a young age, children have always been at the centre of my life. Growing up in a big family meant constant connection, energy, and care and it quickly became clear that being around children felt both natural and comforting to me.
Throughout high school, I knew I wanted a career working with children, even if I wasn’t sure exactly what that would look like. After discovering a nannying course, something instantly clicked. I enrolled, and that decision went on to shape the next chapter of my life.
During my training, I worked hands-on with newborns through to young children, completing both live-in and live-out placements. These experiences gave me invaluable insight into family life and the unique needs of children at every stage of development.
After graduating with my Level 5 qualification, I moved to the United States to work as a live-in nanny. Living overseas allowed me to gain a deeper understanding of the realities of parenting, the exhaustion, dedication, and hard work, alongside the joy and love that children bring into a home.
After returning to New Zealand, and later moving to Perth, Western Australia, I continued working closely with families who encouraged my personal and professional growth. It was during this time that my passion for children’s development deepened and my interest in baby sleep truly took shape.
This led me to complete my baby sleep consultant training an experience that strengthened my knowledge and reaffirmed my desire to support families during one of the most challenging and vulnerable stages of parenthood.

Today, Little Rest Co represents a new chapter. I offer a supportive, personalised, and caring approach to sleep — empowering parents, honouring each family’s unique needs, and helping create calm, well-rested homes where everyone can thrive.
